Delphi XE8/10 [MSBuild Error] "是" is an invalid value for the "PutOverWrite" parameter of the "PAClient" task

When I deploy a Andriod App in Delphi XE8/10 , the IDE raises exception:

[MSBuild Error] "是" is an invalid value for the "PutOverWrite" parameter of the "PAClient" task. The "PutOverWrite" parameter is of type "System.Boolean".
