How to change the background of tlistbox in FM

I am using Seattle, writing a FM application for windows.

I have several tlistboxex and when some styles are applied the listbox is transparent.

I need to know how to edit those styles so that the listboxes have a solid background rather than transparent.

I would also like some links to get a better understanding of editing styles and creating custom styles.
