Delphi freezes Windows 10

Dear,

I installed Delphi 2007, Delphi XE and Delphi 10.2 on Windows 10 machine still having same issue with latest version Delphi. I created very small project with Delphi 10.2 that connects to Oracle database using TFDconnection while debugging Windows got freeze and I have to turn off my machine. Can you please give me an advice, please?
