I have moved a Delphi 7 project over to both Rad Studio 2010 and Rad Studio 10.2.1. One of the conversion problems has been a background color for Tstringgrid. In Delphi 7, the background color defaults to clBlack. In both Embarcadero products, even though the color attribute is set to clBlack, both in the IDE and at runtime the background color is white.
A new Tstringgrid component does the same, so it does not appear to be corruption carrying forward from Delphi 7.
