Create FireMonkey HD project not there in RAD Studio 10.1 Berlin, tutorial out of date?

I am using the demo to evaluate the embarcadero tools.  I am stuck at step 1 of the first tutorial. I am trying to create a desktop Windows/MacOS application.  Step 1: Create a New FireMonkey HD Application in the tutorial shows a option on the RAD Studio IDE for File > New > Other > C++Builder Projects > FireMonkey HD Application. I
