I recently installed XE7 and tried to use the debugger on a simple application. It compiles and runs, but when I use F9 to run with debugging the IDE crashes. The final error message is "Debug process is already running".
I did some searching to discover that others have had this same problem since XE2. I have tried to follow some of those recommendations, but nothing has worked. See http://qc.embarcadero.com/wc/qcmain.aspx?d=111022.
Is there something I can do to fix the problem in XE7?
Has this been addressed in XE8?
