Question about reinstalling the help system.

Hi,

I am using Delphi XE7 in Win7Pro64bit operating system and the help system isn't working interactively the way it should (or in a lot of cases - at all).  How would I re-install the help system?  Where would I go for detailed instructions on how to do that?
