Selecting and transferring multiple photos from a mobile phone

Working on a Mobile App that allows members of the company to send multiple pictures back to the HQ.

I know we can now select and transfer one picture at a time but would love to be able to select and send/transmit several at the same time.

For example: a worker visiting a site, may several pictures of installations. Need to enable the worker to send them back to HQ before going to the next site.

Ideally, we'd like to mark the pictures as having come from that particular site and send them back by WIFI to HQ before going to the next assignment.

Any examples of multiple selection of photos or suggestions on how I can do this using Berlin 10.1 to create an app for a mobile phone?
